RETURN POLICY
Before returning items, please contact Belgis.be.
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, there will be no refund. Please ensure you have included your contact details with the return and, if possible, include a tracking number and a brief description of your problem.
Belgis.be recommends requesting a receipt and packaging ID for the return from the parcel service, as it facilitates the follow-up of the return if necessary. Belgis.be will refund eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we need a bank account number to which we can refund the money. The easiest way to communicate this to us is by e-mail.
1.2 NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Various types of goods are excluded from return. Goods with a limited shelf life such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or of a sanitary nature, hazardous materials, or flammable products or gases. Other non-returnable goods include: gift vouchers, downloadable software, certain health and care items.
1.3 SHIPPING
To return your products, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. You must send your product to: Belgis.be, Dendermonde, 9200, Provincialebaan 139, Belgium
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your place of residence, the delivery time of your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item costing more than €75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing transport insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. REFUND POLICY
Our offer remains valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2.1 REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited within a specified number of days.
2.2 PARTIAL REFUND
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable): books with obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, software, video games or recordings where the packaging has been opened. Any item that is no longer in its original condition due to our fault, is damaged, or is missing parts.
2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company. It may take a while before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at: geert@belgis.be.
2.4 DISCOUNT ITEMS
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Special promotions with free items are not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund discounted items.
2.5 EXCHANGE
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to replace the item with the same product, please send us an email at geert@belgis.be and send your item to: Belgis.be, Dendermonde, 9200, Provincialebaan 139, Belgium
2.6 GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift upon purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the amount of your return. Once the returned item has been received, we will send you a gift voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor had the item shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.
